Presumably Microsoft is going after great technical folks but they also need some new DNA at Microsoft when...

Presentations like Steve Jobs...?
I was on TechMeme yesterday and saw an article entitled, “Deliver a Presentation like Steve Jobs” by BusinessWeek. It’s an awesome article with some great tips. The saying also comes to mind when you read tip #10, “Practice makes perfect.” While I don’t think anyone can deliver a presentation so antipicated the way Mr. Jobs can, the tips offered are nice to...
Great tips here on folks just getting onto the stock market. Oh yeah, the website profiled in the video, mytrade.com, has just been acquired. Investments 2.0 is going to be a BIG thing. To quote Andy Swan, “There are HUGE opportunities in the under-35 demographic in finance!”

During the outage, you know what our team did? We talked face to face. It was refreshing. We discovered that we look just like our avatars! There was an employee in the back of our office that we never even knew existed.

I guess I’m a little late to the news — note to self: still need to get the sleeping schedule right and place the alarm clock further than it is already located. Noise in the Finance Sector
Yahoo is supposed to launch “TechTicker,” their finance video website today. Not too surprising however, they have pushed back the launch date. Regardless, I’ll be eager to check it out. And have you checked out all the news going on surrounding finance sites? Here’s a mini recap: Rupert Murdock (News Corp.) buys out Dow Jones and looking to turn the Wall St. Journal to a...
